Refund Policy

At Digital Tutor Club, we are committed to providing high-quality one-on-one online language training. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1️⃣ Free Demo Class

We offer a free demo class so that students can evaluate:

• Teaching method
• Teacher communication style
• Class environment
• Course suitability

Once a student enrolls after the demo class, it is considered confirmation of satisfaction with the course structure and teaching approach.

2️⃣ Teacher Absence or Missed Classes (Our Responsibility)

If a scheduled class is missed due to:

• Teacher absence
• Technical issue from teacher’s side
• Institute-side scheduling error

👉 The class will be rescheduled at no extra cost
OR
👉 If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rated refund for that specific class will be issued.

Digital Tutor Club takes full responsibility if the teacher fails to conduct the class.

3️⃣ Student Absence or Time Issues (No Refund)

If a student:

• Misses classes due to personal reasons
• Says they do not have time
• Changes schedule frequently
• Stops attending without prior notice

👉 No refund will be issued.

However:

• We may offer rescheduling flexibility within the same month (subject to availability).
• Classes must be completed within the enrolled month.
• Unused classes cannot be carried forward to the next month.

4️⃣ Mid-Month Cancellation

If a student wants to discontinue after starting classes:

• Fees are non-refundable once classes have started.
• In special cases (medical emergency with proof), management may review the request.
• Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting:
  
  • Completed classes
  • Administrative charges
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable)

5️⃣ Payment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed only after:

• Full monthly fee payment
• Official confirmation from Digital Tutor Club

Partial payments do not guarantee seat confirmation.

6️⃣ No Refund After Course Completion

Once the monthly package is completed:

👉 No refund requests will be entertained.

7️⃣ Policy Agreement

By enrolling in any course at Digital Tutor Club, the student agrees to this refund policy.
