Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses offered by Digital Tutor Club.

By enrolling in any course, the student agrees to comply with the following terms.

1️⃣ Enrollment & Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full monthly payment.

  • Fees must be paid in advance before starting classes.

  • All fees are non-refundable once classes have started (as per Refund Policy).

  • The Academy reserves the right to update course fees at any time for future enrollments.

2️⃣ Class Scheduling

  • Classes are conducted online (live one-on-one sessions).

  • Students must choose a suitable schedule before enrollment.

  • Once finalized, schedule changes are subject to teacher availability.

  • The teacher is not bound to change the agreed schedule.

3️⃣ Cancellation Policy (Student Side)

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class.

  • If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before class, the class will be considered completed and non-refundable.

  • If a student frequently misses classes without notice, the Academy reserves the right to terminate the course without refund.

4️⃣ Teacher Cancellation

If a teacher cancels a class due to any reason:

  • The class will be rescheduled mutually.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, compensation will be provided.

  • The Academy will ensure fair adjustment.

If a teacher discontinues:

  • The Academy will arrange a replacement teacher.

  • A demo session will be provided before continuation.

5️⃣ Freezing / Pausing Classes

  • Students may request to freeze classes by informing management in advance.

  • Specific resume date must be provided.

  • Resume will depend on teacher’s availability.

  • Freeze requests are subject to management approval.

6️⃣ Student Responsibility

Students must:

  • Ensure stable internet connection and proper device setup.

  • Join classes on time.

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward teachers and staff.

If a class is disrupted due to poor internet from student’s side, it will be considered completed.

7️⃣ Course Completion & Certificate

  • Certificates will be issued digitally (PDF format only).

  • No physical certificate will be provided.

  • Certificate issuance depends on course completion and minimum attendance requirements.

8️⃣ Refund & Discontinuation

  • Fees are non-refundable once classes have started.

  • If the student stops attending classes (with or without notice), no refund will be issued.

  • If the Academy discontinues the course permanently, refund for remaining unused classes will be provided.

9️⃣ Teacher–Student Direct Contact Policy (Very Important for You)

  • Students are strictly prohibited from making direct payment arrangements with teachers.

  • Teachers are not allowed to conduct private classes with enrolled students outside the Academy.

  • Any attempt to bypass the Academy may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

🔟 Conduct & Professional Ethics

  • Respectful communication is mandatory.

  • Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of platform will result in termination without refund.

1️⃣1️⃣ Policy Updates

Digital Tutor Club reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will apply to new enrollments.

 

Digital Tutor Club provides educational services based on time-slot booking. Once a slot is reserved for a student, that time becomes unavailable for other clients. Therefore, fees compensate for reserved time, not guaranteed results or personal availability.
